VISITING LOCAL TEMPLE
AND ARTISAN MUSEUM
Not much to touch base on today, as
we only had one sight seeing spot. We visited the Cheng temple
and artisan museum. This was a very lovely place with several
open courtyards. Very Feng Shei! The courtyards were filled with
bonsai and normal sized trees. The side-buildings contained the
artisans and their crafts. The crafts included the use of wood,
metals, stone, watercolor on rice paper and embroidery. There
were many intricate and beautiful pieces that we photographed
but I will only be able to post a couple so Anna Claire gets her
cute mug on here as much as possible.
She is having a good day today. The weather is warm and sunny
and I think this helps her. After a couple of hours here we did
a little shopping and then it was back to the hotel. As I said
not much to report today. Please enjoy the pictures.
