Monday, January 14, 2013 CAITLIN XIAONI DAY! We have her........she is adorable, so sweet, and so happy. The orphanage staff that brought her said that she has waited for a family for a long, long time, and that she is so excited. And so are we! She came to us right away. No fear, a little shy. She started playing on the Kindle right away with Camille. Electronics are great ice breakers at this age. She has a little bit of english...she can say "sank you" and seems to understand a little of what I say. When asked what she wanted for dinner tonight......"McDonalds". She can say "Panda" and "Monkey". She has the cutest little voice. She is now taking photos of everything in our room, and us with her camera. She is just a sweetheart. One less orphan!
