June 23 (Mon) GOTCHA DAY! Morning: Go to the Philip Hayden Foundation to receive Philip

June 24 (Tue) Morning: Beijing to Zhengzhou; Stay at Holiday Inn Zhengzhou (3 nights)

June 25 (Wed) Morning: Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Henan Province to complete the adoption registration procedure

June 26 (Thu) Morning: Go to the Notary Office in Jiaozuo City to complete notarization procedure
Visit Jiaozuo orphanage; Afternoon: Pick up all notarized paperwork and passport for Philip

June 27 (Fri) Morning: Zhengzhou to Guangzhou; Stay at White Swan Hotel (5 nights)

June 28 (Sat) Morning: Have visa picture taken and medical exam performed for Philip

June 29 (Sun) Morning: Tour may be arranged and will be optional. Free time available if not touring
Afternoon: Complete the paper work at the hotel conference room

June 30 (Mon) Morning: FTIA coordinator submits the visa application documents for us to the U.S. Consulate; Afternoon: Tour may be arranged and will be optional. Free time available if not touring

July 1 (Tue) Afternoon: Have the group-oath taken at the U.S. Consulate; Receive Philip’s visa

July 2 (Wed) Morning: Fly home!
