Mother’s Day…started reading the Lost
Daughters of China on the plane to
California, very good book.
On 5/20/05 requested Michigan marriage
license with state certification and on
5/24/05 received uncertified copy.
On 5/24/05 had dinner with Jill and Robert
and met Lily. We watched their video and
talked about their journey to China for
Lily. We came away feeling that we too were
meant to travel to China.
On 5/25/05 requested Emily’s Kentucky birth
certificate on line. I also requested Mel’s
Tennessee birth certificate and divorce
decree and Emily’s divorce decree and
requested all to be state certified.
Contacted Holston Home and spoke to Janet
about home study process. Also ordered many
packets form other agencies.
On 5/31/05 received certified documents from
State of Tennessee, birth certificates and
divorce decrees. |
