On 8/3/05 finally received Emily’s
employment letter notarized from Texas.
On 8/05/05 sent application packet to Holt
and sent I600A to USCIS. The process
OFFICIALLY begins!
On 8/10/05 sent Janet Autobiographies and
copies of other paperwork.
On 8/10/05 went to Staples made additional
copies.
On 8/11/05 realized had wrong format of
birth certificate from Kentucky and it was
not certified. Contacted and sent back
wrong ones and requested long format and
certification. Luckily I caught this
early on!
On 8/12/05 received confirmation and
receipt from USCIS of I600A.
On 8/15/05 took Mel’s employment letter to
get notarized.
On 8/16/05 we had our home visit, 3rd
meeting with Holston Home.
On 8/17/05 went by police station to get
police checks corrected and on right form.
On 8/17/05 received “big red book” from
Holt…YEAH!
On 8/17/05 received correct certified birth
certificate from Kentucky.
On 8/18/05 Emily had lab work for medical.
Also sent off Emily’s employment letter to
Texas Secretary of State to be certified. In
addition went to Bradley County Court House
and received Jurat Certification on Mel’s
employment letter.
On 8/19/05 went to Bradley County Court
House and received Jurat Certification
Police check.
On 8/22/05 Emily completed TB skin test done
and Mel had individual visit with Holston
Home.
On 8/24/05 Emily’s TB skin test read.
On 8/31/05 Mel had lab work for medical and
Emily medical with Dr. Finley and notarized. |
