SEPTEMBER

On 9/2/05 received paperwork from USCIS for
fingerprinting appointment.
On 9/7/05 went to Staples and made some more
copies.
On 9/8/05 Mel’s medical and notarized,
corrected and notarized on 9/9/05.
On 9/9/05 completed financial and got it all
notarized and sent to Janet.
On 9/12/05 went to Bradley County Court
House and got 2 more Jurat Certifications
Mel medical and financial.
On 9/14/05 looked at fabric for nursery at
Hancocks. It is becoming very real and
exciting! Received homestudy 1st
draft for review.
Traveled to Destin for vacation 9/17-24/05,
very relaxing!
On 9/26/05 contacted Janet homestudy is with
Holt being reviewed.
On 9/27/05 received call from Jania at Holt
welcoming us to China program.
On 9/28/05 spoke to Ellen and Jania at Holt
and got samples of letter to CCAA.
On 9/29/05 spoke to Janet we had to change
the guardian to someone older than 30.
Received call from Jania at Holt…homestudy
